We store all messages sent by the bot, and sent to the bot, as well as any other forms of content exchanged. We collect user ID, username, and any server data accessible to us. We do not collect personal information such as email, name, or address. Information is retained to provide continuous and seamless conversations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Z-Bot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We are not responsible for any actions Z-Bot takes on the user's behalf. If Z-Bot is misunderstood, misunderstands, or acts without prompting, all consequences are the responsibility of the server owner and the user interacting with Z-Bot.

6. Intellectual Property

All forms of media produced by Z-Bot are considered our Intellectual Property.

7. Third-Party Services

Z-Bot uses services provided by Discord and OpenAI. Please refer to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as OpenAI's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more information on how they handle data.
